Returns Policy

Order Processing:

1. Place an Order: Browse our website and select the desired items. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Provide Shipping Details: Enter your shipping address and contact information accurately during the checkout process.
3. Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.

Shipping:

1. Shipping Charges: Within India, we offer Free Shipping for prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applicable. For shipping charges outside India, please contact us at thethinkprints@gmail.com.
2. Delivery Time: Orders within India are typically delivered within 5-10 working days, while international orders may take 10-15 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address.

Delivery:

1. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an auto-generated email confirming your order within 24 hours.
2. Shipment Status Updates: You will receive a second email providing the status of your order, dispatch details, and tracking information to monitor the shipment’s progress.
3. Delivery Attempts: Our courier will make one delivery attempt to the provided address. Re-delivery or redirection requests are not considered. If the recipient fails to accept the delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Returns:

1. Return Policy: Customers can return their order within 14 days after delivery. In the interest of hygiene, worn, washed, or soiled items may not be eligible for returns. Defective products do not need to be sent back unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team.
2. Return Process: If you wish to return a product, contact us at thethinkprints@gmail.com and provide images of the defective product if applicable. Once confirmed, you can choose to receive a refund in your bank account or as Think Prints Store Credits.
3. Self-Shipping: For returns, securely pack the items and self-ship them using a reliable local courier service. Share the shipping details with us at thethinkprints@gmail.com, mentioning your Order ID.
4. Refund Procedure: Once the returned items are received and pass the quality check, the refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days. The refund will reflect based on the selected mode: wallet refund (few minutes), NEFT refund (5-7 working days), or Payment Gateway refund (5-7 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Note: For replacements, follow the return procedure and use the provided store credit/discount coupon in your Think Prints account to place an order for the new product.
